When an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved specifically for you. If the appointment is missed or cancelled without enough notice, the therapist is unable tomake use ofthattime. Therefore, sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. If a client does not give 24 hours’ notice it is considered a “no show”.

A $35 fee will be charged formissed appointments or no-show cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice unless due to illness or an emergency. A bill will be mailed directly to all clients who do not show up for or cancel an appointment.
